LATO

If you landed in SABAH but have not tried this green seaweed thingy..you have NOT been there!!

Can't remember when was my first time having this dish..but i'm all for adventure..
dig!! dig!! and EAT! yeeeey!!

Locally, they called this 'LATO'..you eat this with 'Ikan Bakar'..normally they sprinkle lemon zest, red hot small pepper and soy sauce..you dip the Lato or fish then eat it with plain white rice..BELISIMO!!!
